where should we go on vacation?

ross and i both have some time off around christmas time and we have been planning to take our first real vacation post honeymoon. you might be smiling to yourself that my thoughts have already turned to christmas break only 4 weeks into the semester, but really we are just making travel arrangements, don't worry! its an unfortunate time to have vacation because of the weather, travel prices, etc. its also unfortunate we're not exactly sure where we want to go! we have considered going back to jamaica, going on a cruise, or visiting a city somewhere in the US thats on our list of ooo we should go there sometime. we've considered san francisco (but afer thursday are banning all things fran...jk), boston, and currently the frontrunner is hot springs, arkansas. there are obviously lots of factors in our choice, but if you'd like to lend your expert readers guidance/opinion/vicarious wishful thinking about any of these places or another place you think we'd have a blast vacationing at...let us know!

OREGON?!!!!!??????!?!?!?!?!?!??!

is there even a question about this?!

pssh.

i think the REAL question is how long are you planning to STAY in oregon?

a. 2 weeks.
b. 2 years.
c. THE REST OF YOUR LIFE?!!?

umm.

we choose c.

and by "we" i mean THE WHOLE UNIVERSE.
and that includes pluto.
even though its like a "dwarf planet" now.

PLUTO WANTS YOU TO CHOOSE ANSWER C.

i think you should listen to pluto.

..sorry for everyone who is reading this and thinking i'm insane.

but you should choose answer c too.

I would say you should come meet my family and I in Italy for Christmas but those ticket prices are way ridiculous now.

Before I can offer a valid opinion (i love giving my opinion btw!) though... which of the listed locations have neither of you been to before?

Ps. What happened on Thursday- who did we loose to?

I would like for you to visit somewhere I do not want to go. That way I won't be j. Save the cruise for when you have children or a dog so that I can come along and either babysit or dogsit : )

Cruises are great - be sure you coordinate with us - we'll go too! Oct is a good time to go if prices are the issue; its generally off season and they might have halloween parties in costume. Some have Christmas parties - seasonal.Alaska is especiaaly good if you love fish and winter. But we,re out this year sooo come see us instead
